P Shot® Male Sexual Enhancement in WindhamSexual Wellness for Men & Male Sexual Enhancement

The form and function of your penis can have a dramatic effect on your relationships. Being unable to achieve or maintain a satisfactory erection or even feeling the size is inadequate can impact self esteem both in and out of the bedroom.

1 in 2 adult men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have sexual changes they consider problematic. In the past, men had limited options for treating erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or addressing penis girth. These issues are private, personal and sometimes might feel embarrassing. It is quite normal to be a bit uncomfortable talking to your doctor about sexual dysfunction. Today, advanced technology allows expert physicians to offer men new solutions and male sexual enhancement for a variety of sexual issues.

Many men who do not feel they are experiencing any dysfunction have tried and benefited from the priapus shot- see ‘What can the P-shot do for you’ below.

What is the P-Shot®?

Dr. Vuich is one of a limited number of physicians specially trained, certified and licensed to administer this revolutionary treatment. The Priapus Shot is designed to deliver lasting improvements in sexual performance to men, even those who have lost function due to medical issues such as enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, the after-effects of surgery, drug side effects and diabetes. Many men experience added benefits from the Priapus Shot, achieving not only improved sexual function but a boost in size and desire as well.

How is the P-Shot® done?

The Priapus shot® procedure begins with a quick and easy blood draw. Then, using a proprietary technique, platelets and growth factors are extracted and concentrated into the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). After excellent topical numbing, Dr. Vuich injects the PRP with a tiny needle (much smaller than what is used for a standard blood draw) into 5 areas. There is little or no discomfort during the procedure and no activity restriction afterward.

What can the P-Shot® do for you?

Most men report these benefits following the procedure and post-treatment protocol:

  • Increased firmness of erection
  • Increased blood flow/circulation
  • Improved sexual capabilities
  • Increased sexual stamina
  • Other therapies work better (if you still need Viagra or Cialis, then it will work better for you)
  • Increased sensation and pleasure
  • Enhanced appearance
  • Reduced or resolved prostate discomfort
  • Improved or resolved urinary incontinence

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is the P-Shot® Safe?

To date there have been NO reports of serious side effects from injecting platelet rich plasma with an FDA approved kit. Allergic reaction is not a concern as the substance injected comes from your own blood and is processed in a sterile system. The fine needle used is small and does not damage tissue structures.

How long does the procedure take?

This is an office based procedure-approximately one hour which includes time for blood draw/processing and numbing agent prep as well as the injection itself and aftercare instructions.

Is the P-Shot® procedure painful?

The areas to be injected are pre-treated with a very potent topical numbing cream. You may feel a pinching sensation, a pressure sensation, and possibly brief burning. Overall for most men it is painless.

Do I have to have a ‘problem’ in order to receive the P-Shot®?

No. Some men elect to have this procedure for overall male sexual enhancement, simply to enhance their size and/or sexual performance.

How long does it take for the P-Shot® to work? What do I do after the shot?

The effect can take 3 to 4 weeks for some, though many men start to experience improvement much sooner. A second shot may be necessary for men who don’t achieve desired effect after 8 weeks. The use of a pump will be reviewed with the doctor as it is recommended for some men based on what the goals and/or issues being treated are. There are no activity restrictions after the shot, and there is no “visible” mark unless there is a bruise which is uncommon.

How long do the results last?

Most men experience benefit from the P-Shot for a year or more.
We recommend that it be done annually to maximize and maintain benefit.

Can any doctor administer the P-Shot®?

The P-ShotV procedure is a specific method of injecting PRP to rejuvenate the appropriate training and FDA approved lab kits to prepare the PRP are mandatory.

PRP lab kits are NOT all created equal. At Renew we use EmCyte Pure PRP® II for our P-Shot and O-Shot procedures- one of the best performing systems, providing the highest concentration of platelets- Pure PRP® provide upwards of 9.5 trillion platelets in a treatment sample–significantly higher than some of its closest competitor in the PRP Kit market.
