Take skin from dull and dry to fabulous over the course of 4 sessions, spaced 2 weeks apart. Thereafter, individual sessions can be scheduled 'as desired'.
Each service begins with a facial cleansing followed by application of the specially designed carbon solution in preparation for our popular Hollywood Peel. After a brief drying time, the Hollywood Spectra laser is used to first heat the solution and then vaporize the dead skin cell layer, revealing your smoother skin layer beneath.
Think of the Hollywood Peel like "the results of a chemical peel, without any peeling"!

No special preparation is required. We ask that you ideally arrive without makeup (foundation) on the skin to be treated.
The total visit time will be between 90 and 105 minutes. This includes preparation time (skin cleansing, numbing if Skinpen is to be used or Carbon solution application for Hollywood Peel), Procedure time including Skin Infusion, and post-procedure TriWave session.
After SkinPen microneedling it is recommended that you not apply makeup until the following day. After the combination of Hollywood Peel + Micro-infusion, makeup can be applied in two hours.
Unlike traditional neurotoxin treatments which target specific muscles of expression, Microtox, also called “Mesobotox” targets the skin.
Microtox entails introducing smaller aliquots of botulinum toxin at a higher dilution, utilizing a micro-channeling device to enhance absorption.
There are three primary potential benefits which can be seen with this treatment. First, microtox reduces excess sebum and sweat production—which, for oily skin types and people prone to pore congestion could mean fewer breakouts. Secondly, microtox diminishes pore size, too, perhaps by affecting the tiny smooth muscles beneath the skin. And finally, microtox can diminish the appearance of fine lines in areas that are not amenable to traditional intramuscular botox injection.
Microtox can be added onto any skin booster session for an additional charge. In a series of 3 or 4 sessions, you would select which session you want the Microtox to be delivered.
The Hollywood Peel provides an immediate, no downtime exfoliation which will leave you with smoother, more glowing skin immediately after the procedure. The use of skin boosters further enhances skin hydration which again will be noted fairly immediately, although a series of 4 sessions (approximately 2 weeks apart) is recommended to achieve a longer lasting result. Thereafter, additional sessions can be scheduled whenever you feel you need a ‘refresher’.
Collagen Micro-needling facials with our SkinPen device do produce some temporary, mild downtime (redness, some flakiness) which can be mostly offset with the addition of skin boosters and the TriWave LED light treatment. The collagen response to micro-needling may take a few weeks to appreciate, and a series of 3 sessions is recommended to produce longer lasting results (approximately 1 month in between sessions). Thereafter, a booster session can be scheduled whenever desired.
All of our Skin Booster treatments are performed by RN or NP providers who may be assisted by a Medical Assistant for portions of the procedures.
It is not possible for us to guarantee a result or specific outcome. We do recommend the use of medical grade skin care to extend the benefits of these medical facial procedures. We are happy to consult with you regarding your home skin care program as well.
SkinVive is a treatment which requires the injection of cross linked hyaluronic acid into the deeper layers of the skin, using a 32 gauge needle and numerous injection points which are 1/2 to 1 cm apart.
The majority of subjects in the SkinVive clinical study reported experiencing side effects such as redness, lumps/bumps, swelling, bruising, tenderness, pain, firmness, discoloration, and itching at the injection sites, as reported in their 30-day daily diaries. These side effects were usually mild (causing little discomfort and no effect on daily activities) or moderate (causing some discomfort and effect on daily activities) in severity, although a few participants experienced severe side effects (causing great discomfort and effect on daily activities). Investigators also reported needle abrasion and papule at the injection site. While rare, some participants experienced side effects that lasted longer than 30 days; however, most side effects went away on their own within 30 days. The most commonly reported side effects were redness, lumps/bumps, swelling, bruising, pain, tenderness, firmness, discoloration and itching. Most side effects were reported to resolve within 7 days. If they persist longer, the provider may need to treat them with medications, such as antibiotics, steroids, or hyaluronidase. Additionally, there have been reports of inflammation, nodules, unsatisfactory result, loss or lack of improvement, allergic reaction, anxiety, blood vessel blockage, infection, dry skin, increase or decrease in sensation, and abscess. Our Skin Booster treatments do not require this type of deeper needle introduction and thus do not have the same risks or side effects. Our Skin Booster cocktail utilizes hyaluronic acid of several types and molecular weights, with the total mg of hyaluronic acid delivered being similar to that with a 4 ml SkinVive procedure. It also contains many other beneficial ingredients as noted above, which are not delivered in a SkinVive treatment.

Skin Booster sessions are designed to plump the skin/improve hydration, smooth fine lines, improve redness and hyperpigmentation and stimulate collagen production. They are not able to ‘lift’ sagging skin. For lifting effects please see procedures such as Dermal Filler, Thread Lifting, Sofwave, and AGNES RF.
